We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to work in our Integrated Day Service Team based in Airdrie. You will work closely with the manager to help drive forward a service which provides high standards of care and support to Older Adults within North Lanarkshire.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have the experience and skills to ensure staff feel motivated, focussed and supported to be able to deliver a service which promotes an environment which is sensitive to service users with complex support needs which maximises their potential for independent living consistent with the National Care Standards, council and service policies.

An SVQ level 3, an HNC, Nursing or other relevant social work related qualification, as well as extended experience of working with older adults in a service setting are essential. A recognised management qualification and working alongside partner agencies is desirable.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

Work pattern:

Week 1:

Monday and Tuesdays 9am -5pm

Week 2:

Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am - 5pm

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
