Overview
Airship/Toggle – Sheffield, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid – Sheffield office with occasional travel. We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Success Team. You’ll manage a portfolio of priority accounts in the hospitality sector, acting as a trusted partner to help clients get the most from our products and spot opportunities to grow.
What You’ll Do
* Manage a portfolio of ‘plus’ and ‘expert’ accounts, ensuring smooth renewals across all clients.
* Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
* Run clear, practical training sessions and support product adoption.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive growth.
* Track account performance and lead in-person strategy meetings.
* Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver great customer outcomes.
About You
You’re organised, commercially aware, and confident building rapport with clients. You know how to listen, spot opportunities, and follow through. You like to get things done - and done well.
You’ll bring
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Confidence in negotiation and influencing.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach.
* Experience in account management, sales, or commercial customer success.
* (Experience in hospitality or hospitality technology is a plus.)
