About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner while independently managing a caseload of private client matters. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a growing team identified as a strategic focus area.
Responsibilities
* Advising on wills, tax planning, probate, and estate administration.
* Handling trust creation and administration, as well as Court of Protection work.
* Supervising and supporting junior team members.
* Engaging in business development and marketing to support team growth.
* Delivering a consistently high level of client service and maintaining compliance with professional standards.
Knowledge and Experience
* Qualified solicitor status or equivalent professional qualification with 5+ years PQE.
* Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and tax planning.
* Experience in managing and supervising team members.
* Competence with IT applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems.
