o Design and execute engaging skincare events that excite customers.

o Serve as the go‑to skin expert, offering tailored recommendations.
* Elevating Customer Experience
o Consistently deliver the Be Luxe service model.
o Demonstrate products and share storytelling that immerses customers into brand heritage.
o Maintain brand excellence through luxurious service and merchandising standards.
o Stay ahead of trends to offer expert advice.
* Driving Retail Performance
o Achieve individual and counter sales targets.
o Build authentic relationships in‑store and digitally, fostering loyalty.
o Promote events, activations, and new in‑store experiences across the region.
o Advocate the brand on internal and external social platforms.
* Operational Excellence
o Participate in teamwork, training, and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
