Early Years Practitioner – Coast Concrete Services
Coast Concrete Services is looking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner to join a dedicated early years team supporting children and families.
About the role
You will work as an enthusiastic, effective member of an early years team supporting, nurturing children and creating stimulating learning opportunities that deliver high‑quality child‑centred provision.
Key responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and deliver programmes of learning in an early years establishment.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents/carers, team members and external agencies.
* Work collaboratively with the early years team to support children with distressed behaviours and use appropriate strategies.
* Support the monitoring, assessment and development of children.
Qualifications and experience
* At least one of the following qualifications: NNEB, HNC, SVQ 3 Children’s Care Learning & Development, SVQ 3 Early Years Care & Education, BA Early Learning and Childcare (Graduate Apprentice).
* Registration as a Practitioner with the Scottish Safeguarding Children (SSSC) or be willing to obtain registration before formal offer.
* Experience working within an early years environment and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Salary and working hours
Salary: £17.72–£18.21 per hour.
Hours: 14.8 hours per week (term time).
Work pattern: Monday and Tuesday shifts between 8am and 6pm.
