We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations at our reception area.
Job Description
The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reception area, including staff management, customer service, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for health and fitness.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the front of house team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Handle membership enquiries, sign-ups, and renewals.
Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks, including end of day banking and reporting.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall member experience.

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a health club or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in computer skills and software applications.
