Role
* Lead and develop a strong team focused on delivering a great customer experience.
* Create an exceptional working environment.
* Forge strong links with the local community and host local events.
* Manage the store day-to-day, ensuring consistent high store standards.
* Recruit, mentor, train, and plan shifts for colleagues.
* Propel the store and business forward, meeting KPIs and positioning for the future.
* Maintain a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with health & safety and all procedures.
Managers will work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends as required.

Skills & Qualifications
* Previous Management Experience – essential.
* Food Retail Experience – preferred.
* Willingness to deliver, passion for retail, and strong attention to detail.
