*Duties*
* Install, service, and repair heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and associated pipework.
* Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance.
* Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing fittings to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
* Carry out basic carpentry tasks related to fitting heating components within various structures.
* Perform heavy lifting of equipment and materials safely in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts utilised.
* Assist with system assembly during new installations or upgrades.
* Ensure all work complies with current building codes and safety standards.
*Experience*
* Proven experience working as a Heating Engineer or in a similar role within the HVAC or plumbing industry.
* Demonstrable skills in welding, carpentry, plumbing, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
* Mechanical knowledge relevant to heating systems installation and maintenance.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on-site.
* Experience with commercial driving is desirable but not essential.
* Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and technical documentation comprehension.
