t.Hands-on H&S Advisor role on a busy multi-contractor site where you’ll be visible, trusted and expected to keep standards tight from day one.

You’ll take the lead on day-to-day health and safety for a large internal refurbishment project within a live logistics environm
ent.
This is a fast-moving, high-compliance site with multiple contractors, operational constraints and senior stakeholders involved. The right person will be confident on the ground, strong with CDM, and comfortable challenging unsafe practice without slowing delivery unnecessa
rily.
Key responsibi
* lities Lead site health and safety across a live refurbishment
* projectCarry out inspections, audits and compliance
* checksReview and produce RAMS, risk assessments and method sta
* tementsDeliver toolbox talks, site briefings and safety
* updatesWork closely with contractors, site teams and client-side stake
* holdersInvestigate incidents and near misses, then close out corrective
* actionsMaintain H&S records using digital systems and reportin

* irements 7+ years’ experience in construction, refurbishment or fit-ou
* t H&SNEBOSH General Certificate as
