You will play a pivotal role in recruiting and enrolling learners, ensuring they receive information, advice, and guidance to make informed decisions about their learning journey. You will ensure the right match between learners and programmes.

While daily tasks may vary, your key responsibilities are likely to include:
1. Managing the learner application system for your designated geographical or curriculum area, enrolling learners onto training courses, providing relevant information, and supporting queries.
2. Using technology to pre-enrol learners, maintaining contact to support completion before training starts, and checking enrolment forms for errors.
3. Attending face-to-face enrolment sessions across your area, supporting other areas during busy periods, and handling online enrolments.
4. Finalising enrolment processes promptly and accurately to enable teaching to commence.
5. Registering learners with Awarding Organisations accurately.
6. Performing administrative duties within our Skills Hubs, including greeting visitors, following health & safety guidelines, stock management, and maintaining tidiness.
7. Inputting learner and qualification data into our internal CRM systems.

About You
* Strong ICT skills, including experience with CRMs and Microsoft Teams
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with learners and support them throughout their training
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and other stakeholders
* Attention to detail and good organisational abilities
* Familiarity with adult skills training landscape, funding regulations, and quality assurance frameworks (advantageous)
* UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
* Willingness to travel across designated areas and further afield as needed. The role is based in Bradford or Huddersfield.
