Our client is a well-known, progressive national firm with a highly rated and growing corporate team in Bristol led by an impressive and very well-liked partner.
Focusing on high value transactional work including corporate M&A and private equity deals, the team acts for PLCs, large scale owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, technology, energy and financial services.
The firm is keen to appoint a solicitor or associate with experience of handling M&A and/or private equity transactions. This role would suit a lawyer already practicing in Bristol and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the South West.
With experience as a corporate lawyer gained in another recognised corporate firm, you are likely to have some experience of working on M&A, private equity, capital markets deals or similar. You'll enjoy building strong relationships with your clients and colleagues, and in this role, you will be encouraged to do so.
