This is an exciting opportunity to join our Electrical Installation Teaching team at our Bridgwater College. The role focuses on training Electrical students in well-equipped practical workshops and classrooms and preparing them for final assessments to become Electricians. As a Course Leader, you will have responsibility for a dedicated group of students and, through leadership, shape their educational journey to equip them with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a thriving industry.
Responsibilities
* Influence the lives of students across Electrical Installation programmes, including Adults, Apprentices and study programme learners.
* Lead and coordinate a dedicated group of students, guiding their educational journey and supporting progression into the electrical trade.
* Deliver practical workshops and theory sessions, ensuring preparation for final assessments to qualify as Electricians.
Qualifications
* Experienced Electrical Installation teacher/trainer or an experienced Electrician seeking a new career in education.
