Our new Executive Director of Customer will lead a high-performing directorate responsible for Customer Service, Housing Management, Contact Centre, Complaints, Service Improvement, Customer Engagement and Involvement. The role holder will also be responsible for overseeing the organisation's social investment work. This is a pivotal role for us which combines strategic leadership with operational, customer led excellence, ensuring compliance, value for money, and data-driven decision-making across our business.
You'll have extensive strategic leadership experience from organisations of similar scale and complexity with a focus on customer service excellence and improvement. Significant experience at Executive or Director level in social housing or a directly comparable sector and similarly highly regulated environment will be essential.
