About the Role We are looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Care Workers / Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team providing support to individuals in their own homes across Birmingham and Sandwell.
As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting with medication administration
* Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
* Assisting with mobility and transfers
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Supporting with light household duties
* Following individual care plans
* Reporting any concerns to senior staff
* Promoting dignity, respect, and independence at all times

Essential Requirements
* Caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Desirable Requirements
* Previous experience in domiciliary care or healthcare
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
