As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing 3 - 4 residential schemes with valuations of £130 million, £20 million, £25 million, and £30 million. The company are a well-established UK construction and housing partner that predominately focus on residential developments and regeneration projects. They have a very strong financial and industry position with lots of financial backing, resources, and organisational strength.

Key Responsibilities of Managing Quantity Surveyor:
Include but not limited to;
* Attend regular team meetings
* Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
* Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
* Review project cash flows with team and present to Commercial Director
* Maintain positive and successful client relationships
* Managing full upstream process
* Provide assistance and support on all commercial issue
* Final Accounting
Key Requirements of Managing Quantity Surveyor:
* Live within commutable distance to Cardiff
* Residential/contracting background
* Experience with JCT contracts
* Experience leading projects
