Prepare vehicles meticulously, including priming, masking, and sanding to ensure high-quality finishes
Mix and colour match automotive paints with precision to achieve perfect reapplication
Apply paints and finishes using appropriate techniques to meet high standards and deadlines
Inspect completed work, perform polishing, and rectify minor imperfections as required
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety, quality, and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold the company’s high standards of workmanshipRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive repair environment, ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of automotive paints, finishes, and preparation processes
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety standards
Strong team player with a professional attitude and work ethic
