Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Ascot, Berkshire Salary: Competitive bonus benefits Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (Office based) CTR Select are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join our client’s growing team in Ascot. This role is focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities, helping drive a strong pipeline for the Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, target-driven SDR with experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business leads through research, networking, social media, calls, and email outreach * Engage with prospects across multiple markets to understand needs and present solutions * Follow up on inbound and warm leads from marketing campaigns * Qualify opportunities and pass high-quality leads to Business Development Managers * Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (MS Dynamics preferred) * Track activity and provide reports on pipeline and sales metrics * Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies * Support events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives when required * Ensure all customer and internal data is handled in line with GDPR requirements * Stay informed about new products, processes, and industry trends Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience in Sales Development / SDR / Lead Generation role * Experience working in B2B sales environments (Healthcare or Enterprise sector desirable) * Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (MS Dynamics advantageous) * Understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision making * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Confident prospecting via phone, email, and social channels * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and meet KPIs * Highly motivated, resilient, and target driven * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy * Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in data management Personal Attributes * Proactive and results-driven mindset * Strong problem-solving and influencing skills * Positive team player with a collaborative attitude * Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment * Committed to continuous learning and professional development If this Sales Development Representative role is of interest, please apply now or contact Marie Spratley at CTR Select for more information
