Salary £50,000 per annum
Annual bonus of up to £3,000 pa, criteria dependant. With an additional £1,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted Inspection.

We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Registered Manager, responsible for the smooth running of a two-bed EBD Residential Children’s Home, ensuring the provision of high-quality care for our young people in accordance with the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, Ofsted and all other statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Registered Manager will promote the wellbeing and safeguarding of our young people and be responsible for the development and supervision of their team, encouraging professional progression where applicable.
Working hours are 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday), with the requirement on occasion, to work such hours over and above your normal weekly pattern as reasonably required.
Affinity Children’s Care Services is a residential childcare provider, offering a variety of residential placements to young people between the ages of 8 - 18 and who may display emotional and challenging behaviours.
Our aim is to create a safe and sustainable nurturing environment for our young people and a developmental and rewarding workplace for our care team.
We are looking for someone who has passion for working with young people and are committed to improving the lives of the young people we care for. You should have strong leadership skills within Children’s Residential Care setting, along with 2 years previous experience in a supervisory position.

* You should have achieved or be working towards Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management (or hold a transferable qualification) and be successful in the registration process with Ofsted.
* A Full UK driving licence is required.
