Compliance Supervisor Viper Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established operation for an experienced Compliance Supervisor to join a busy transport environment. This is a full-time, office-based role where attention to detail, organisation and strong communication are essential. The role requires someone who can remain in control under pressure, work collaboratively with others and take real pride in maintaining high compliance standards across the operation. Key responsibilities * Management of driver licence checks and CPC compliance * Visiting sites to liaise with drivers on compliance matters and inspect vehicle defects * Monitoring and controlling KPIs relating to maintenance spend and driver behaviour * Overseeing vehicle maintenance and compliance across multiple sites * Checking and authorising invoices within agreed limits * Maintaining accurate maintenance records, including tracking and upkeep * Managing new and agency driver inductions * Handling driver infringements for both permanent and agency staff, including KPI reporting * Managing and monitoring consumable controls against KPIs * Ensuring compliance standards are consistently met and clearly communicated Candidate requirements * Transport or compliance background with experience in a similar role within a transport office * CPC holder (essential) * Strong organisational skills with the abili...
