Role Overview
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a team in Southport offices on a hybrid basis. The full‑time role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with 2‑3+ years PQE.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of quality private client matters from inception to completion.
* Draft complex wills, estate and inheritance tax planning documents.
* Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney for health, welfare and financial affairs.
* Administer probate and estate administration matters.
* Provide commercial and practical advice, building rapport with clients as a trusted advisor.
Skills & Experience
* Will drafting including complex wills, estate and inheritance tax planning.
* Estate administration and probate experience.
* Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
* IT competency and excellent time‑keeping.
* Desire to learn, enthusiastic, ambitious and hardworking.
