The role:
Location: Liverpool
Salary:25-26k per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm
Contract: Permanent

Key duties will include:
8. Answering incoming calls, providing first class customer service
9. Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming queries from both international and UK based customers
10. Handling incoming orders
11. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
12. Updating and maintaining the CRM system
13. Actively promoting products and services
14. Raising orders for production
15. Liaising with various transport companies to ensure goods are delivered in time and within budget
16. Handling queries and complaints and seeing through to resolution
17. Completing export documentation
18. Researching potential markets and business opportunities
19. Maintaining filing systems
Experience, Skills, and Attributes
20. Ideal candidate will have previous experience within a fast-paced customer service / sales environment
21. Excellent communication skills
22. Attention to details
23. Ability to work efficiently on their own initiative
24. Knowledge of manufacturing industry would be beneficial
