This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist to provide optimum dental treatment in a superb practice environment. A truly mixed dental practice which is taking on new patients exclusively on a private basis, you will benefit from a well-maintained list of NHS patients with a flexible UDA allocation at £11 per unit. You will also benefit from a very real opportunity to provide private treatments paid at 50% of the gross within a state-of-the-art purpose-built dental practice. The principal provides almost 100% private dentistry and he is seeking to provide the new associate a share of his established patients. The practice boasts six fully air-conditioned surgeries, SOE, digital radiographs, rotary endo (Wave one Gold, Hyflex), Clinipads, Intra-oral cameras. With the principal dentist within the practice, this is an experienced team with support and clinical training widely available. The practice has a Dental Therapist/Hygienist with superb admin, managerial, and nursing support. There are in house Endodontics with a microscope, Orthodontics including Invisalign and Implants. Thus, a candidate with skills in these areas will be able to provide treatments and candidates seeking guidance or mentoring in these areas of dentistry, will find helpful colleagues happy to provide mentoring and advice. Ideally suited, would be a dentist with experience and qualification in short-term orthodontics, such as Invisalign, and restorative dentistry, including composite bonding, although this is not a prerequisite.
Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
