The role of a Team and Process Leader is to guide and oversee the efficient operation of your area while supporting your team to achieve their day-to-day goals and contribute to the overall success of IPN. Reporting and escalating to a Logistics Operations Manager. The Team and Process Leader in logistics will be accountable for ownership and delivery of PI checks and will be responsible for maintaining good stock accuracy across multiple logistics sites.
Key Responsibilities

2. Facilitating Teamwork: Create an environment where team members can collaborate, communicate, and work together towards common goals.
3. Execute IPN Ways of Working: Greet at the start of shifts, provide regular updates, praise good work, and give clear instructions on daily tasks and changes.
4. Task Assignment: Assign tasks based on team members' skills and strengths to achieve goals efficiently.
5. Daily Management: Monitor and assess team performance, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and identify improvement opportunities.
6. Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including budgets, personnel, and other assets.
7. Problem Solving and Decision-Making: Address issues, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions impacting team progress.
8. Communication: Keep the team informed about goals, expectations, progress, and changes.
9. Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets quality standards and follows relevant processes and guidelines.
10. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of ongoing process optimization, productivity enhancement, and innovation.
11. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document team activities and achievements.
Experience & Skills
* Experience in food manufacturing or related industry (preferred)
* Proven leadership and team management skills in manufacturing or warehouse environments
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
* Effective communication skills
