The Opportunity
Are you currently a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie who is ready to take the next step? We want you to have a passion for food and a desire to work in a quality led environment as well as being a team player at Marquis Of Westminster.
Do you have…
1. An eagerness to deliver delicious food using only fresh ingredients
2. Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
3. Chef De Partie experience or skills to manage a section
4. Up to date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge
5. A willingness to develop on a personal level in this quickly expanding collection of pubs
Some of the things you will be doing as a Chef de Partie
6. Being a champion of brand/company standards, sharing the passion to deliver exceptional food to our guests at Marquis Of Westminster
7. Run a section, delivering dishes to menu spec consistently
8. Prepare everything that is needed before service
9. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
10. Working alongside your Head Chef, you will demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes.
11. Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
