An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Royal Cornwall Hospital for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individual to join the team.
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for a quality service of food and beverages to our patients at ward level, following set procedures and specifications.
* This position requires flexibility to accommodate the needs of the service, good communication skills and a positive and professional attitude.
* To be responsible for kitchen cleaning and the standards of hygiene within the kitchens at ward level and ensuring that the service complies with Food Safety Legislation.
* You will ensure that high quality Food Hygiene and cleaning standards are maintained at all times. You will be required to work within a team and will need good communication skills to maintain working relationships within the team and present a positive and professional image to patients and visitors.
* We are a teaching hospital in partnership with various medical schools and have ongoing education for health professions in clinical and non-clinical roles.
Work pattern
One post 36.75 hours per week and one post 25.75 hours per week.
