Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Chorley is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September 2025 .

Start Date: September 2025
⏰ Hours: Part-time (specific days/times to be agreed)
Contract: Ongoing or fixed-term depending on experience
About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with class teachers and leadership staff, you will:
* Deliver planned lessons to groups or individuals
* Support in assessing pupil progress
* Provide targeted interventions
* Assist in classroom management and pastoral care

* Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent
* Has experience supporting learning in a primary school setting
* Can work independently and take initiative
* Is passionate about helping children achieve their potential
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
