Product Delivery Office (PMO) Coordinator (Band 6) Location: Remote/home based, with travel as required.
About the Role:
Join our NHS Product Team, support the efficient and effective working of the Product team as a PMO Coordinator. Youll underpin the Product Delivery Office, working closely with the FDP Programme PMO team to support wider programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with team members, delivery partners, and stakeholders.
Support stakeholder mapping and engagement planning.
Coordinate activities and meetings within the Product function.
Analyse information and provide reports and updates.
Facilitate active collaboration and communication across the team.
Support development and implementation of PDO policies and best practices.
Ensure meeting outputs are captured and used.
Support and deputise for the PDO Operations Manager.
About You:
Experience in coordination or administrative roles, ideally within healthcare or public sector.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple teams.
Familiarity with governance and reporting processes.
