About The Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will contribute to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail and caring nature will ensure our residents feel comfortable and valued.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although training will be provided. Strong time management and organisational skills are essential. You should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to listen and respond considerately to residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns. All staff will receive safeguarding training appropriate to their role.
