Sodexo is looking for a friendly and reliable Food Service Assistant to join us on weekend mornings, helping to prepare and serve a variety of delicious foods and beverages to both our site-based and external customers. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, following all company policies and procedures, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. What you'll do: Prepare and serve food and beverages to the required standards, following all health, safety, and food safety procedures, as well as site-based marketing and merchandising requirements. Operate cashless till systems, manage stock, and fill or count vending machines as required. Assist in all areas of the catering operation as directed by the line management team. Attend team meetings and participate in all required training and development relevant to your role. Adhere to all role specifications, uniform, and standards of dress policies while delivering professional customer service. What you'll bring: Enthusiastic and reliable, with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards. Comfortable using basic computer systems or point-of-sale equipment. Works well as part of a team and able to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers. Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills.
