The Role As a Lecturer in Bricklaying & Multi-Skills, youll deliver a mix of practical and theoretical teaching across a range of programmes.

Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment across bricklaying and multi-skills programmes Support learners through tutorials, guidance, and pastoral care Contribute to curriculum development to keep programmes current and industry-relevant Complete associated administration accurately and professionally What My Client Is Looking For Proven industry experience in Bricklaying, Multi-skills, or Construction A minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying or a related trade Strong technical knowledge with a genuine passion for sharing skills and experience Excellent communication skills and a learner-centred approach Teaching qualifications are welcomed, but strong industry professionals who are keen to move into education are also encouraged to apply.
