Operations Manager £70-75k plus car and package We're working with a well‑established food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to lead one of its operational sites. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for plant performance, covering production, engineering, hygiene, safety, quality, the team and financials for the site. You'll play a key role in shaping the operational site strategy ensuring efficient day‑to‑day manufacturing is run safely, and to a high standard.
