A successful Social & Partnerships Lead should have:
Strong understanding of social, influencer and partnerships in campaigns
Experience working across both central and local market teams
Confident managing agencies and external partners
Commercially aware, with a focus on performance and outcomes
Able to influence stakeholders in a complex organisation
Strong judgement on content, brand voice and storytelling
