The reason for this post is due to the project being carried out by the Occupational Therapy service which is currently experiencing a significant backlog of service users awaiting essential equipment and minor adaptations. To address this issue promptly, we propose the employment of a temporary Minor Adaptations Officer. This role will focus on expediting the assessment and implementation of necessary adaptations, thereby reducing the waiting list and ensuring timely support for our service users. This measure will enhance service efficiency and improve client outcomes.
