Looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduler to join a leading Maintenance Contractor on a permanent basis
Offering up to £29,000 + great benefits. This role is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm office based
Responsibilities:
Working on a large social Housing reactive repairs contract
Liaising with clients, sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives
Communicate effectively with client and customers to ensure great service is provided
Handling general inquiries and administration tasks
Schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairsRequirements:
You'll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
