The Role * The Regional Safety Manager provides independent leadership, assurance and oversight of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) standards across the business. You will be covering the Oxfodshire region with a few days in the the regional office and the rest out covering projects. * The role ensures compliance with Group policies, legal requirements and critical risk controls across operations and projects. Through audits, inspections and proactive engagement, it drives a positive safety culture, strengthens accountability and supports continuous improvement in safety performance and operational standards.
