The Role:
- Offer highest standard of customer care to maximise all sales opportunities
- Work with the marketing team to advise customers on current promotions
- Secure appointments by carrying out sales calls to new and existing customers
- Issue order acknowledgements promptly with correct info / details
- Travel with European Sales force and represent the company at exhibitions
- Provide administrative support to the International Sales team
- Develop & implement new systems procedures improve customer service efficiency
- Assess how competitors are meeting our customers’ needs
- Record all customer complaints according to agreed procedure Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
- Additional fluency in French (advantageous)
- Previous experience in a high-volume Customer Service role
- Familiar with CRM / ERP systems dealing with stocks / sales
- Knowledge of Export documentation and procedures
- SAP knowledge would be of an advantage (training provided)
