Workingalongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of theway to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuckin.
As a Early Years Educator you will providean exciting and wide activity programme, assisting in providing asafe, supportive and caring environment to ensure that all aspectsof each individual child’s development are given fullconsideration; ensure that clean and hygienic standards aremaintained at all times.
This role covers a5-day working week over 7days.
ABOUTYOU
Being a great team player isessential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try newthings and chat to lots of different people.
Keyresponsibilities will include maintain and follow all Health andSafety policies and procedures; be proactive in the process ofactivity planning, child observation and development records on aregular basis; maintain confidentiality about all issues related tochildren, their families and the business; help and support withday to day care of the children’sroutines.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE& EXPERTISE
• Hold an NVQ Level3 in Childcare with a good knowledge of the EYFS
•Hold Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 is an advantage
•Have good communication skills
• Have a problemsolving attitude
• Are confident to work on owninitiative as necessary, but to be able to work as part of a teamboth large and small
• Have the ability to relate toa wide range of people
• Hold a Paediatric First AidCertificate is anadvantage
