We are recruiting for a permanent Wiring Assembler at a long established Electronic/Electronic Manufacturer in Blandford.
You will be joining a friendly team, based at their Workshop in Dorset.
The Role:
1. Wire stripping, crimping, screw terminal fitting, occasional soldering
2. Follow circuit diagram
3. Wire all components
4. Ensure wiring accuracy according to the circuit diagram
5. Accuracy, integrity and neatness are essential
The Person:
6. Essential skills:
7. Control panel wiring experience is essential;
8. You must be able to understand electrical drawings;
9. Previous use and experience with hand tools;
10. Minor Soldering;
11. Attention to detail;
12. Good communication skills and an understanding of verbal and written English;
13. Excellent attendance levels and attitude;
Hours:
Working hours: 36.5 hours per week
09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday
09:00 to 16:00 Friday
Salary:
£12.21 per hour to start with progression opportunities
Occasional overtime is paid at x1.3 Monday to Friday and
x1.5 at weekends.
Commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Weymouth, Dorchester, Salisbury, Yeovil.
