The Business Support Administrator will assist in the provision of an efficient and effective business administration support, including ticketing, procurement and retail support to the Visitor Services and Operations Management Team at the Ulster Folk Museum and Ulster Transport Museum. They will provide a high-quality visitor experience to all customers of the museums, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and the highest standard of customer care.
