Registered Nurse - Responsibilities will include: Shift management – oversee and coordinate the care team. Provide clinical guidance and support to the care team when required. Administer, record, and monitor the effects of prescribed medication safely and in line with policy. Deliver personal and person-centred nursing care to residents. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and nursing best practices. Identify, report, and act on any incidences of poor practice or abuse in line with safeguarding policy.
