We’re recruiting across four teams within Motor Retail Pricing.
Risk Pricing
* Implementing new pricing features and data enrichments
* Investigating drivers of Actual vs Expected risk cost gaps
* Working with Trading to take changes to market
Insights
* Developing actionable insight reports
* Machine Learning and regular MI to guide pricing decisions
* Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities
Trading
* Running price optimisation in Radar
* Proposing and testing rate changes
* Portfolio management
Projects
* Co‑ordinatation of team‑wide pricing processes
* Facilitating cross‑team project delivery
* Optimising pricing architecture
What You’ll Need
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Ability to communicate complex information simply
* Experience with SQL or Python
* Understanding of multivariate modelling
