Year 3 Teacher
Location:Worthing
Pay: £168.80 - £232.57 per day
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Contract Type: 0.8 FTE, Fixed-term, January start
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Year 3 teacher to join one of the wonderful schools we service in Worthing from January. Whether you’re an experienced teacher seeking flexible working options or an NQT/ECT aiming to gain more classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a desirable primary school in the area.
In your role, you will deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students are engaged and progressing during your time with them.

Deliver high-quality lessons in line with school policies and curriculum plans.
Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
Adapt to different school environments and teaching practices.
Ensure that all students receive equal opportunities for learning and development.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Current DBS registered on the update service or willing to apply.
