We are a dispensingpractice with a list size of 10,500 patients and we are seeking a fun,dedicated and team-oriented GP to join our hardworking and supportive team.

Telephone triage, F2F and Telephone appointments

Attendance at MDT, Doctor and Practice meetings

Excellent clinical team comprising 3 GP Partners, 1Salaried GP, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 5 Urgent Care Practitioners, 4Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs.
ARRS staff employed by the PCN - 2 Pharmacists, 2Physiotherapists, 1 Nursing Associate, 2 NSFT Mental health practitioners, 1 MINDEnhanced Recovery Worker. 2 Care Coordinators/SocialPrescribers.
Dedicated home visiting team by our UCPs.
Systmone computer system
Rated as good by CQC (striving for Outstanding inall aspects!)

Active member of SWAN PCN.

Job responsibilities
The package
Straight into GP Partnership, or Salaried GP becoming a partner after 1 year, ifmutually acceptable.
Very low home visiting rates.
Supportive team-working ethos, regular catch-ups,meetings and discussions with colleagues during breaks

Full indemnity cover MDU/MPS paid for.
Part time (min of 6 sessions) or Full time (8sessions)
6 weeks annual leave, pro rata bank holidays and 1week study leave pro rata per annum.
This position is ideal for someone who valueswork-life balance and is interested in Partnership for the first time but mayfind the prospect slightly daunting and would like the support to become a GPpartner. Doctors who have previouslybeen partners also welcome to apply.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Completed all GP training
* Full GMC registration, MBChB or equivalent.
* UK permit or right to work in the United Kingdom
* Experience in use of Systmone
