About the apprenticeship
Duties
Check goods in, manage internal IT stock, diagnose IT faults, work with Engineers on problem solving, liaise with Customers, answer incoming calls.
Plus other reasonable tasks.

Apprentices will be completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Cyber Security Analyst through Cardiff and Vale College
Attending Cardiff and Vale College, Barry Campus, 1 day a week
Requirements
Qualifications
Any IT qualification advantageous
GCSE A-C Maths and English recommended, however apprentices can complete Essential Skills Wales qualifications instead as part of the apprenticeship framework.
