Forklift Operator - Team Member
Safely and efficiently operate motorized forklifts to load and unload trucks, pull pallets of finished product from production lines, and place finished product in the warehouse as directed by the onboard WMS system.
Essential Functions
* Operate truck controls by moving levers and pressing pedals.
* Unload and stack materials using the lifting device.
* Plan supply and material requirements based on production schedules.
* Retrieve supplies by studying specifications, locating, verifying, and securing pallets on trucks.
* Maintain inventory in the production area by tracking usage and reporting discrepancies.
* Clear production area by securing finished pallets and moving empty pallets.
* Log movements of supplies, materials, and finished goods.
* Ensure a safe work environment by following safety standards and regulations.
* Maintain forklift operation through proper use, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
* Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience in a manufacturing environment (0 years for entry-level).
* Ability to safely operate a sit-down motorized forklift.
* Ability to navigate within a WMS system.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience in a similar environment and role.
*Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

Compensation Range
Hourly: $19.53 - $26.36
