We are recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager for an M&E contractor in Castleford who specialise in projects in the retail, industrial and commercial sectors. They have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out and new build projects for some leading blue-chip clients. Many of these clients are large retailers such as Morrisons, Asda, Sainsburys, Marks & Spencer etc… Projects are nationwide, so you must be willing to travel. Outline of role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established team in response to a significant increase in workload. The role will involve delivering a range of mechanical projects, within the commercial retail sector. You will take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring delivery to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Many of our schemes are carried out in live, operational environments, so the ability to work efficiently while minimising disruption is key. Experience in fast-track asset replacement programmes within live retail or commercial settings is highly desirable, although not essential.
