Senior Application Support Consultant
Location: Hemel Hempstead (on-site, full-time)
We're working with a fast-growing ERP/SaaS provider that's been quietly dominating the space for over 30 years. Now with 300+ staff across the UK and Ireland, and more than 28,000 end users globally, they're continuing their impressive growth streak-and we've got first dibs on the latest opening.
This is one for the Senior Application Support Consultant who loves wearing multiple hats. You'll be that go-to person for ERP users across FMCG, Manufacturing and beyond-solving technical issues, building rapport, and giving customers the confidence they need to keep operations running smoothly.
Think ERP meets high-level customer support meets genuine product impact. You'll be working closely with the flagship product team (newly updated and relaunched), with exposure to projects like go-lives, upgrades and new module rollouts.

What makes a great Senior Application Support Consultant here?
• Solid experience supporting ERP, Accounting or Business Management Software.
• Sharp SQL skills (querying, scripting) and comfort working with databases like SQL Server or MySQL.
• Knowledge of things like REST APIs, SOAP, Postman, CSV files is a bonus-but you'll get training on anything you don't know.
• Most importantly: someone who genuinely cares about user experience and building long-term customer relationships.
