Role Responsibilities
1. Ensure adherence to Octavius values and hold the Site / Project team accountable to live by these values.
2. Manage the contract and the agreed contract programme.
3. Act as a key interface with our customer and other stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with standards, company policies, and procedures, including governance processes.
5. Prioritize safety, ensuring all personnel go home safe, every day.
6. Guide and advise teams on correct processes both on and off site, ensuring value-added practices.
7. Understand the project's financial position through regular reviews with the commercial team.

Candidate Requirements
1. Solid rail, CDM, and engineering knowledge with relevant experience in disciplines such as Temporary Works, Civils, M&E, Geotechnical.
2. Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple actions without compromising quality.
3. Experience working with tier-one contractors on infrastructure projects including slab and kerb laying or town center improvements.
4. Proficient IT skills.
5. Knowledge of programming and conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc).
