What You'll Do:

Our position in market is focused around every digital moment being a Commerce Moment, where the placement of brand advertisements within eCommerce sites and mobile applications of retailers, as well as brand and retailer-specific ads offsite can be delivered through a full funnel solution.
As a Sales Manager for Health, Beauty and Luxury, you will be expected to win new business, nurture prospects, grow existing clients, initiate and manage a multi-product proposition sales cycle to close.
You will be working with some of the largest & well-known brands and agencies, to draw up sales account plans, be responsible for forecasting to achieve quarterly targets and facilitate joint business planning meetings as well as strategic growth development conversations.
1. Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales, creating long-term connections which ultimately lead to sustainable, repeat business
2. Continuously prospect and pitch to agency teams (planners, buyers, digital and account leads) looking to drive sales and education of Criteo’s Commerce Media proposition
3. Confidently run meetings, pitch sessions, agency days and bespoke events for agencies and brands
4. Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS, …) and use that to fuel business with both existing agency clients, and targeted New Business leads
5. Reach and exceed business development goals while contributing to overall team goals
6. Full responsibility for winning a target list of major new business prospects
7. Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands and agencies
8. Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams
9. Identify and understand trends within the Retail industry, what makes a campaign successful and apply learnings to help generate further new business
10. Attend major industry events to build a strong network
11. Accurate pipeline management and ownership of both new & existing opportunities across multiple products
12. Work closely with the Account Strategist team members to leverage existing contacts and identify new opportunities
Who You Are:
13. Digital media sales (display, search and eCommerce) or ad-tech experience
14. Prior experience working for/with media agencies
15. Knowledgeable and experienced in working with and closing business from Tier 1 Beauty, Health or Luxury clients
16. Face-to-face client sales (this is a hybrid role, some in-person client visibility is expected)
17. Ability to autonomously own client relationships and problem solving with the ability to effectively handle objections
18. Result-driven as an individual but also as part of a team goal
19. Strong evidenced track record of driving new business
20. Ability to offer exceptional client servicing and understand clients business needs to position solutions in a timely and personalised way
21. Strong, confident presenter with understanding of Sales methodology (e.g. BANT, MEDPICC, LAER frameworks)
22. Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors across clients at all levels
23. Ability to work in a fast-moving company
