Administrator – Financial Services Full Time | £25,000 – £28,000 per annum Headturner Search are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, values-led professional services firm based in the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive Administrator to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business that truly values its people. You’ll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly while being part of a team that believes relationships matter just as much as results. The Role This is a pivotal support role within the practice, working closely with accountants and managers to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and clients receive an excellent service. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing client correspondence via email, phone and post * Preparing, formatting and maintaining documents, reports and compliance paperwork * Maintaining accurate records and organised filing systems * Assisting with Companies House submissions and client onboarding * Diary management and appointment scheduling * Supporting the wider team with general office administration * Credit control duties About You You’ll be someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys supporting others and thrives in a professional environment. You’ll ideally have: * Strong organisational and time-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * The ability to prioritise effectively and work both independently and as part of a team * A professional, client-focused approach Desirable: * Previous administration experience within financial or professional services Why Apply?
